Olympic Adventure

After school, Anneena and Wilma went to play with Biff. Anneena was cross. "Some boy are so silly," she said　（p. 3）
In this story, the chidren were doing a project on the Olympic Games. Mrs May said " Everyone can enter a race on sports day" . But one of the boy in the class told her that girls had better sew! After the class, Anneena claimed. Maybe, she wasn't convinced what boy said and got angry. Then the magic key began to glow and take them to the old village. Many man in the village was going to take part in the games. Anneena and two girls tried to join it but rejected because they are female. So Anneena was no choice but to see the game on the tree near the gate. Then "Hey you" a girl asked. Her name is Hera and  lived in the village.  Anneena and her friends collected all woman to the park and suggested the game which female only plays. They enjoyed playing the race, throwing the plate. They had a very good time.
I thiink that distinguish male from female is not things to do.

英語教育講義（３）

 In today's group, we talked about second language. There are some people which majors in Germany or French in my group. The trouble is that it's hard to memorize words because masculine noun and female noun are distinguished. the man that majors in Chinese told us that it was hard to pronounce it despite the fact that Japanese was similar to it in terms of using Kanji. German is also similar to English. For example, In English, "Name" is pronounced ”ネーム”, but in German, it is pronounced "ナーメ”.  Thus similarity and difference are shown those languages. I was able to understand the anguish of learning languages.

英語教育講義（１２）

In today's class, I learned various things. Especially what I was impressed with is Mr. Kouyo Ogawa's presentation. I could know that Japanese are passive to the class, but America and United kingdom are less passive than Japan. Certainly, when I was a high school,  most of students are passive attitude, for example, when teacher said to students, "Can you understand?" they kept silent. Maybe, America and United Kingdom's student are active attitude toward to classes. I was glad to hear the difference between Japan and America, United Kingdom.

A little Princess

Mr. Carrisford's face went very white. "Carmichael", he whispered, 'it is the child - the child!'(p.39)  In this story, a little girl and his father go to school of London. Her name is Sara. When they arrive at the school, they meet Ms. Minchin. She welcomes Sara. His father leaves London. Sara is so smart that she helps a student s who is bad at study and makes friends. Three years go by. Sara receives a letter from her father. The content is that he finds a lot of diamond in mines and thinks they will be very rich. One day, when she come to her room, a servant is sleeping in a chair. Her name is Becky. When Sara calls out her, she is surprised and apologizes to Sara for sleeping. Then they get along with each other. But an unfortunate thing happens to Sara. It is that her father died.
